On Sunday after getting through the quarter finals we saw Graeme “Rooster” Wishart take on Jeff “Tiger” Mitchell, though the final scoreboard didn’t show it, it was a great game of bowls with Rooster running out the eventual winner of the top division singles.

The third division and under proved Kenyons make it in bowls instead of long distance running!! Allen Ring played first year player Rory Kenyon in another tough game, with Rory running out the eventual leader.

Congartulations too all.

On Friday night in scorching 40 deg heat, the Rhett Butler of Shane Knott, Gavin Faulkner and John Evans defeated the Wishart team.

The marker of the singles quarter final of the 3rd Div and under, would like to thank Nard Fritze and Allen Ring for the beer they didn’t buy him after the game. Phil Long suffered the heat for over 40 ends marking for the boys before a result was achieved, at the end they walked off, brought themselves a drink and left Phil with his tounge hanging out!!
